First State Yoga & Wellness offers classes for every age and ability level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we have a class to suit your needs.

GENTLE YOGA
Our Gentle Yoga class is perfect for the beginner with limited knowledge and flexibility and the advanced practitioner wanting a slower class. Classes are sequenced by focusing on breath alignment and building stamina. Students will enjoy a peaceful flow while learning safe modifications for each of the postures. This is a non-heated class.
PRANA FLOW®
Prana Flow® is an energetic and fluid style of vinyasa yoga that was created by Shiva Rea. This beautiful style of yoga is a full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Classes are sequenced around peak poses that encourage the experience of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - prana. This practice is done in a warm room that will enable students to open muscles and breathe more deeply.
POWER YOGA
Power Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that offers a challenging, fast-paced series of poses designed to condition the whole body. Beginning with sun salutations, students move from one posture to another in a flow called a vinyasa. This practice is done in a heated room. Students will build strength, stamina and flexibility. This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced students and athletes who want a full body workout.
